In providing our services, selling goods, and operating our websites, we process certain personal data.

1. Processing of personal data in the case of using the contact form
If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will process your contact information, which you provide to us, mainly through the contact form. This includes personal data such as name, surname, email address, and telephone number.
For what purpose?
Based on the provided personal data, we will subsequently contact you regarding our offers of goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. If you do not provide us with these personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of entering into a contract for the supply of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 30 days from our last communication.
2. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process personal data that we require from you to facilitate the conclusion of a contract for the provision of our goods or services. This primarily includes billing information: name, surname, address, email address, and telephone number.
For what purpose?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the contract – the delivery of goods or provision of services. We will also use your contact information to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, possible complaints, or any questions you may have. We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under generally applicable legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, as well as for handling complaints).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations. If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to enter into a contract for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
During the delivery of goods or provision of services, and then for 10 years from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.
3. Newsletter (Commercial Communication)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not explicitly declined to receive marketing notifications, we will use your email address to send our marketing notifications.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – our legitimate interests, which include targeted marketing communication to our customers.
How long will we process personal data?

You can also request a limitation of the processing, ask for a copy of the processed personal data, request the erasure of personal data when they are no longer necessary, or when processing is unlawful, or request the limitation of the processing of personal data in certain cases. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data carried out within the legitimate interests concerning the Data Controller.
The data subject has the right to:
Request information about the processing of their personal data and access to it.
Request the correction of their inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect personal data, request the erasure of their data when it is no longer needed or when the processing is unlawful, or request the restriction of the processing of their personal data in specific cases.
Object to the processing of their personal data processed within the above-mentioned legitimate interests in relation to the Controller.
Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, especially in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged violation, and have the right to an effective judicial remedy if they believe that the processing of their personal data is in violation of legal regulations.
